1/15/11, Weekly Photo Challenge Adventure: WHITE

Coincidentally, many of my fellow Alabamians should have no problem with this week's challenge. Snow began falling on Sunday, and, nearly a week later, many of us still have snow in our yards! We personally seem to be in a little groove of heavier accumulation that just doesn't want to leave. It's obvious from this photo, taken 3 days after the snow started, that it seems to be lingering much longer than expected. Actually, as of today, we still have 3-4" covering most of our yard. Wow, this is really not normal for Alabama!
